It started with one little boy—and grew into a much bigger dream.
Brantley’s Believers was inspired by our son, Brantley, who was born with Down syndrome.
Our story
He taught us to see the world a little differently.
From the moment Brantley entered our lives, he began teaching us to see the world a little differently.
He has shown us that differences should be celebrated, that inclusion matters, and that every person deserves the opportunity to participate, make friends, try new things, and simply belong.
As Brantley has grown, so has our understanding of the challenges families can face when looking for activities, programs, resources, and spaces that truly welcome individuals with disabilities.
Too often, families find themselves asking questions that other families may never have to consider:
- Will my child be able to participate?
- Will they be included?
- Will someone understand their needs?
- Will there be accommodations?
- Will they truly belong?
We want Brantley’s Believers to help change that.
What started as a desire to create more opportunities for Brantley has grown into a mission to create opportunities for all individuals with disabilities and their families.
Our vision is to build a community where inclusion isn’t an afterthought—it is the starting point.
Through inclusive sports, community events, family resources, sensory-friendly opportunities, partnerships, and future programs, Brantley’s Believers hopes to create places where people of all abilities can learn together, play together, build friendships, and grow together.
